Kishi, who has no experience in cosmetic surgery, is at a loss at the clinic from his first day. He can't understand why a women with a completely healthy body would want to get cosmetic surgery just for the sake of beauty.

Kishi encounters a girl with glue on her eyelids with her mother. The girl glued her eyelids open to imitate double eyelids. Kishi treats her eyelids, but he gets upset with them when they ask him for double eyelid surgery.

Kishi meets Fuyu. Soon after, Fuyu comes to ask him to make her look different from her twin sister, Natsu. She is annoyed that she is always mistaken for Natsu, and wants to change the fact that she's always under Natsu's thumb.

Kishi examines a woman who is troubled by her overly beautiful face and who asks him to make her look plain. He is baffled by this strange request and is at a loss for words.

Hoshida comes to work looking depressed because her blind date didn't go well and she realizes that Dr. Ichii trusts Kishi more than her. Kishi, who has no idea about it, is just bewildered by Hoshida's anger.

Aoi is about to get married and is flooded with a happy aura. One day, Aoi doesn't show up for work. When Kishi visits her home, he finds her lying on the floor with her wrists slit.

Kishi's father visits the clinic bringing his girlfriend, Sanami. She is going to make her debut as a singer and he wants her to have surgery on her face. Kishi is upset with them as they try to bargain for the treatment.

After spending the night together, Kishi and Ichii commute to work together and their relationship is discovered by other staff at work. Ichii decides to start her life over with Kishi and asks her husband for a divorce.
